Our former event planner, Jennifer Ramirez-Jasiczek, diverted ticket sales to her Paypal account. We have contacted Paypal and they will be refunding those of you that were affected by this. UPDATE: January 29, 2010
We have completed all payouts done through Google Checkout and have refunded more payments through Paypal. We are still in the legal process of getting the funds that were diverted from our account back. We cannot make refunds on those tickets since we never had that money in the first place. Please be patient as we work through this process.

We are sorry to say that Kevin Jackson, after repeated requests, remains the only speaker to not refund the deposit paid so that we can continue refunds. I called Tony Schram and from my conversation with him I was’t sure whether he was representing you on this matter or not but he has not returned my phone call…so…if you would just please call me back I would like to figure out a way to resolve the issue with the monies that have been paid in to Jennifer’s account. They are completely accounted for but we’d like to kinda decide what needs to be done with those whether they need to refunded or turned over to you guys or something like that.
